I have lived at MANY apartment communities since and this one will forever be my favorite. If I do see a bug I ask for them to get pest control to spray. I love living at Bridford Lake apt. I was going to move but when I thought about the space and layout nothing in the area can compare. I have a son and the office .

People in the leasing office are very professional, polite and always going the extra mile to satisfy tenants. The neighborhood is quiet and the maintenance department always responds to issues prompt and efficiently. Service request were handled quickly. Good community feeling promoted by staff. The front office staff is amazing. There is a community feeling at Hunter Chase the management and residents are very friendly. Hunters Chase is a wonde.
